• Invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed

• All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and exclude GST unless stated otherwise
• GST will be charged at the prevailing rate where applicable

6. Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where those rights apply to you.

If you are acquiring our services for business purposes, you agree that the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply to that supply, to the extent permitted by section 2(1) of that Act.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, FlowForge AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our website or services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the three months prior to the claim.
